We are one of the first work-from-anywhere companies with 2,000+ team members utilizing our virtual office called eXp world. This role is work-from-anywhere in South Africa.
The total base pay for this position is between R20,000/month and R23,000/month and is dependent upon many factors such as location, experience, skills, and training.
**THIS IS AN ANTICIPATED TWO (2) MONTH CONTRACT**
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm SAST.

What you will do: 
  • Responsible for full life cycle recruiting and delivery of candidates that are both culture and skill matches for eXp
  • Recruitment for various departments to include Accounting/Finance, Marketing, Legal, People and our subsidiary Success Enterprises. 
  • Develop and implement staffing plans and strategies to ensure that corporate goals are met
  • Negotiate complex offers to close candidates by leveraging your experience with competing for top talent
  • Understand the entire company talent strategy and collaborate with other team members to put the right talent in the right position
  • Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management. 
  • Partner with all levels in the organization to assist in decisions and know how to achieve results that make a significant impact. Advise hiring managers on Talent Acquisition Best Practices and hiring strategies. 
  • Generate reports and metrics on assigned jobs keeping hiring managers and management informed on hiring status 
  • Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures and conducting training
  • Ensure job descriptions are updated and current 
  • Participate in new human resources initiatives as needed
  • Participate in and/or facilitate training opportunities
How you will grab our attention:
  • 5+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting, preferred to have professional services or consulting service recruiting background
  • Proficiency delivering timely and quality results in a fast paced, high-growth environment
  • Passion for helping people and the mission of eXp
  • Good understanding of HR best practices and employment law in multiple states
  • Experience and knowledge of creating and maintaining Talent Acquisition policies and procedures
  • Experience hiring for remote work positions and recruiting talent nationwide to a specific job profile
  • Supporting multiple hiring managers and departments with a demonstrated ability to adjust priorities to accommodate business objectives
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and the ability to demonstrate and handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Flexible and adaptable; demonstrating good judgment, tact, discretion, and diplomacy
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels across the organization
  • Strong business and HR acumen to navigate through a plethora of HR related issues utilizing your problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to be agile

  • Experience engaging with Diversity Groups 
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems and platforms, preferred experience with Lever
